From massive haunted attractions in Phoenix and Mesa to haunted cornfields and the legendary Nightfall at Old Tucson, Arizona has some seriously impressive Halloween experiences. Whether you want a full-blown haunted-house experience, a creepy corn maze, zombies, or something a little more family-friendly, there are plenty of choices in 2026.
We put together 10 Arizona haunted attractions worth checking out this Halloween season.
Quick tip: Dates, hours, ticket prices and availability can change, particularly as Halloween approaches. Check the attraction’s website before making the drive.

1. Apocalypse Rawhide – Chandler
Rawhide Western Town & Event Center Event venue
5700 W. North Loop Road, Chandler, AZ 85226
This isn’t your ordinary walk-through haunted house.
Apocalypse Rawhide turns the Old West into a zombie-infested frontier town. Visitors become deputy sheriffs armed with infrared “shotguns” and make their way through Rawhide while battling the undead.
The attraction returns for its third season in 2026, making this a good choice for people who want something more interactive than the traditional haunted-house formula. Rawhide’s published calendar confirms Apocalypse Rawhide runs during October, including October 26–31. Rawhide…Your Way

For 2026, the haunted maze runs October 2–31 on Fridays, Saturdays and Halloween night. During the daytime, Tolmachoff Farms also hosts its popular Pumpkin Days and Corn Maze, making this one of the better destinations if you want traditional fall activities along with some nighttime terror. Because seasonal schedules and attraction availability can vary, check directly with Schnepf Farms before heading out.
8. Fear Farm Haunted Fairgrounds – Tempe
1475 N. McClintock Drive, Tempe, AZ 85257
Here’s one longtime Phoenix Halloween attraction with a big change for 2026: Fear Farm has a new location in Tempe.

This one is particularly appealing if you’re looking for more than a 15-minute haunted-house walkthrough. You’re essentially spending an evening inside an entire haunted Old West town.

Which Arizona Haunted House Should You Visit?
It really depends on the kind of Halloween night you’re after.
For the big haunted-house production, start with 13th Floor or Fear Farm. For something more interactive, Apocalypse Rawhide’s zombie-shooting concept is hard to beat. Scarizona gives you several haunts in one location, while AZ Field of Screams and Terror in the Corn offer that wonderfully questionable experience of voluntarily walking into a cornfield after dark.
And if you want to turn Halloween into a full evening or even a Tucson weekend trip, Nightfall at Old Tucson is probably the most destination-style experience on this list.
Families with younger kids should also look at the daytime and scare-free options offered by places such as Sanctum of Horror and Tolmachoff Farms.

October brings pumpkin patches, festivals, corn mazes, community events and, apparently, an impressive number of people who enjoy paying strangers to jump out of dark corners and scare them.
We’re not judging.
