  FULL SERVICE...My husband and I have bought two houses and sold one house with the assistance and guidance of David Patterson.  The service we received is absolutely second to none.  Dave pays attention to detail and is always one or two steps ahead in every aspect.  His knowledge and professionalism makes for a completely flawless process, whether buying or selling.   I’ve rented and purchased multiple homes with Dave and Donna. Every time they’ve gone above and beyond. I trust them completely as they are very knowledgeable and always have my best interest in mind.   As young first time homebuyers we really needed a realtor that would give us extra time and attention to ensure that the home-buying process went smoothly, and Donna did exactly that. Donna ensured that every step in the process was clear for us and she was endlessly reliable and immediately responsive to the many questions we had. I firmly believe that we would not have found our home without the extra care and effort that Donna put into the process. She is friendly, knowledgable, and incredibly detail oriented.   Absolutely a stellar Real Estate Organization. They worked with us for over a year to find the right home. And we DID! David is patient beyond belief, professional, very well versed and knowledgeable with the local housing market and just a really good natured guy. His son Andrew handled documentation correspondence perfectly and professionally and most importantly in a timely manner.
