Drive through one of the guarded entrances and the atmosphere changes.
Anthem Country Club is a guard-gated community of approximately 2,866 homes built around two private golf courses and the Anthem Golf & Country Club lifestyle.
Residents can enjoy private club amenities including golf, clubhouses, dining, fitness facilities, pools, tennis and other recreational and social activities.
There is one important distinction every prospective buyer should understand:
The Anthem Country Club Community Association (ACCCA) and Anthem Golf & Country Club (AGCC) are not the same organization.
The ACCCA is the homeowners association.
Anthem Golf & Country Club is a separate, privately operated organization that owns and manages the golf courses and club amenities located within the Country Club community.
Under Anthem’s governing documents, Country Club property owners are also required to maintain membership in Anthem Golf & Country Club.

Anthem Golf & Country Club features two private 18-hole golf courses, Persimmon and Ironwood, set against the Sonoran Desert and surrounding mountains.

Some Parkside Neighborhoods Have Additional Fees
Not every Parkside property has exactly the same assessment.
For 2026:
The Landing: $128.23/month through ACH or $384.69 quarterly
Paseo: $167.23/month through ACH or $501.69 quarterly
These neighborhoods have additional benefited assessments.
That’s why buyers should always verify the assessment for the specific Anthem property they’re considering rather than assuming every Parkside home has identical fees.
Anthem Country Club HOA Fees
For 2026, the combined Anthem Country Club Community Association and Anthem Community Council assessment is:
$208.82 per month through ACH
or
$626.46 quarterly
