🍑 Something to Make This Weekend: Peach & Burrata Salad
Staying home? Here’s an easy summer dinner idea that doesn’t require spending hours in a hot kitchen.
You’ll Need:
🍑 Fresh peaches
🥬 Arugula
🧀 Burrata or feta
🌰 Toasted walnuts
🫒 Olive oil
🍯 Honey
🥄 Balsamic vinegar
🧂 Salt & pepper
Lightly grill the peaches until they begin to soften and develop grill marks.
Add arugula, cheese and walnuts to a serving bowl. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper for a simple dressing.
Add the grilled peaches, drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
Fresh, simple and very Arizona-summer friendly. 😋
